 True Gem Chinese Shar Pei True Gem Chinese Shar Pei is located in St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. The quickest and easiest way to contact us is by e-mail. You will get a response within 12 hours unless I am away from home - usually at a dog show. During the spring, summer and fall show season, I am on the road 2 weekends or more per month, but I always answer e-mail messages when I return on Monday or Tuesday. If you feel that a reasonable amount of time has gone by and I have not answered your e-mail inquiry – I may not have received your message. It does happen that occasional messages get lost in cyber space. Please write again or feel free to call. I work full time during the week. If you prefer to contact us by phone, please call between 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm CST during the week or on weekends. Please understand that I receive many phone calls, so must limit my return calls to people who have specific questions about a specific puppy or dog.
