 Presented below are the handsome gentlemen of True Gem Chinese Shar Pei. Our male Shar Pei are available for stud service to approved females only. Not all females will be approved. Each of our boys has unique qualities, strengths and personalities that can help enhance different lines. Tell us what qualities you prefer and let us know what strengths your female has that you want to enhance and improvements that you are working towards. Gar
Ch True Gem's Gargoyle Gar is a standard sized fawn brushcoat Chinese Shar Pei with a black mask. There was something very special about Gar even when he was a small puppy. Gar was a natural in the show ring and earned his championship in just 5 weeks. Strong and muscular, Gar has a scissor bite and black cave mouth, with beautiful eyes, movement, angulation and tail set. Gar is Manny and Poppy’s son. 
Gunner
True Gem's Shot Thru The Heart Gunner is a standard sized red fawn brushcoat Chinese Shar Pei. You simply couldn’t ask for a happier or more friendly dog. People visiting the dog shows just fall in love with his personality and children laugh and giggle when he plants a big sloppy kiss on their face. Gunner has 14 points and only needs a major win to finish his championship in 2004. Scissor bite, solid pigment, beautiful movement, good angulation and tail set.
Harley
True Gem's Weekend Warrior Harley is a standard sized fawn sable Chinese Shar Pei. He is truly the king at True Gem. Regal, noble and dignified, Harley has a definite presence around other dogs even though the girls just love him. And with us, he is affectionate, playful and even silly at times. His size and natural presence will at times intimidate people, but it only takes a moment for them to realize how friendly and personable he is. Harley currently has 5 offspring in the show ring and has produced champions from his litters. 
Kale
Ch Good Fortune True Gem's Kaleb Kale is a red fawn brushcoat Chinese Shar Pei. Kale is the "Big Boy" here at True Gem. Measuring 23 inches and weighing 65 pounds, Kale is considered to be over the standard height and weight. Gentle and loving, this big dog only posses a threat if he would try to sit on your lap. Kale finished his championship at just over one year of age. Scissor bite, beautiful eyes, good movement and wonderful rear angulation. He may be large, but he produces standard sized offspring. Kale is truly a gentle giant. 
Manny
Excalibur Hidden Haven Main Man Manny is a standard sized fawn brushcoat Chinese Shar Pei. The best way to describe Manny is calm. He never appears intimidating and adults and children at dog shows feel comfortable walking right up to him and petting him. And of course that is his favorite part of the dog show. Manny’s offspring retain his calm personality along with his beautiful conformation, movement and mannerism. We unfortunately lost Manny to mast cell cancer in early 2004, but his legacy carries on and we look forward to future litters from his frozen sperm samples. Congo Red Stain testing results came back negative with Manny having no amyloid present. |
